For customers requiring a phone support 24/7 anytime/anywhere a current subscription to the AMS Customer Contact Centre is required. This allows unlimited access to the John Deere Stellar Support Customer Contact Centre for all AMS related issues. This is offered at a significantly discounted cost to Emmetts customers who have a current service agreement.
