AutoTrac SF2 is at its best in row crops. Its 10 cm (4 inch) pass to pass accuracy helps you be more productive and allows you to focus on tasks other than steering, while traveling down the field. Greatly reduces driver strain and consequently reduces input costs.
Use cropping practices that require the ultimate in accuracy? Then go with RTK. It provides +/- 2 cm accuracy and repeatability pass to pass.
Emmetts RTK network of base stations make it easy for you to upgrade to RTK. Connect your machines to our RTK network and start to reap the rewards.
Once you are on our RTK Network you can start to enjoy the benefits of:
Get hands-free guidance for the rest of your equipment. The AutoTrac Universal Steering Kit 200 is a retrofit guidance solution for older John Deere vehicles and non-Deere vehicles. It installs easily and brings the productivity advantages of an automated guidance system to more than 450 John Deere and select non-John Deere tractors, combines, sprayers, cotton pickers and strippers, windrowers, and self-propelled forage harvesters.
John Deere Machine Sync allows coverage map sharing and guidance line sharing to improve planting, seeding, spraying and nutrient application. This increases efficiency in the field, because two machines can work simultaneously with each operator having immediate access to coverage maps and guidance lines to ensure complete field coverage.
Machine Sync also makes harvesting easier with automated communication and logistics for combines and grain carts, by allowing the combine operator to automatically control the location of the tractor and grain cart while unloading on-the-go. Machine Sync is simple to set up and use, even for inexperienced operators.
iTEC Pro stands for Intelligent Total Equipment Control. It is an innovative module for the GreenStar 3 2630 Display. This solution coordinates machine and implement functions with end-of-row turns. By automating these functions, iTEC Pro allows the implement and machine functions to be performed consistently on the headlands or internal boundaries, as well as positions the machine correctly for the next pass through the field.
Active Implement Guidance automatically steers the implement onto the desired guidance line. Active Implement Guidance utilises the Application Controller 1100, a GreenStar display, and AutoTrac components with a variety of signal levels. These components team up with an implement steering mechanism to provide increased implement precision. With Active Implement Guidance, both the tractor and the implement follow the same guidance line in straight, circle, and curve track modes. Growers who are planting bedded crops, planting row crops, or strip-tilling, as well as those operating in standing row-crop application, can capitalize on the value of Active Implement Guidance.
Reduce operator errors and ensure implements are set up exactly the same from year to year. Add Implement Detection to your equipment and your operators will no longer have to remember their last settings and offsets.
When a piece of equipment with Implement Detection is connected to a tractor using the GreenStar 3 2630 Display, you get a notification on the screen indicating the implement's name, connection type, and other settings you've made previously. You can simply accept the settings and start working or make adjustments as necessary.
The next time you hook up your tillage equipment, the system remembers the last settings you used, saving you valuable time and letting you get to work faster.
